2. Consumer ResponsibilitiesConsumers using the Service acknowledge and agree to the following:
   • Consumers are solely responsible for their due diligence when selecting a Contractor.
   • Consumers should independently verify the qualifications, licenses, insurance, and reputation of any Contractor before entering into any agreement or contract for plumbing services.
   • The Company is not responsible for the accuracy of the information provided by Consumers or Contractors, nor for the quality or outcomes of any services rendered by Contractors.

3. Contractor ResponsibilitiesContractors using the Service acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Contractors shall not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical business practices when responding to Leads or interacting with Consumers.
• The Company makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality or reliability of Leads provided, nor does it guarantee that Leads will result in successful business transactions.
• Contractors are responsible for the performance, quality, and outcome of the plumbing services they provide. The Company does not assume liability for any issues or disputes arising between Contractors and Consumers.

4. Lead Quality

• The Company provides Leads based on information provided by Consumers. The accuracy, reliability, and completeness of these Leads are not guaranteed. The Company makes no representation or warranty as to the quality or completeness of the Leads and disclaims any liability related to these factors.
• Contractors acknowledge that Leads may vary in quality, urgency, or clarity and that the Company does not guarantee the conversion of any Lead into a sale or service agreement.
• The Company is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from the quality of the Leads provided.

5. Disputes Between Consumers and Contractors

• The Company does not intervene in or mediate any disputes between Consumers and Contractors.

• Any failure to perform due diligence in verifying the qualifications or integrity of the other party (Contractor or Consumer);
• Any disputes or issues arising between Contractors and Consumers regarding services provided;
• Any violation of these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws.

8. Termination
   • The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the access of any Contractor or Consumer to the Service at its sole discretion and without prior notice for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms and Conditions or unlawful conduct.
